Responsible for managing the UMC BV(歐洲業務辦公室) business portfolio, customer relationships, and office operations, as well as developing the regional sales organization to ensure long-term growth and achievement of business objectives.

1. Bachelor degree or above major in relevant disciplines: Supply Chain Management/Electrical Engineering, Chemistry/Physics/Material Science
2. Minimum 10~12 years of previous work experience in semiconductor industry(Foundry/Design house) of which min. 5 years of sales experience; foundry & Taiwanese business experience are highly desired.
3. Attention to detail, analytical with strong logical thinking
4. Excellent customer-orientated mindset and communication skills (writing and presentation)
5. Strong coordination capability and leadership to work together with cross-functional team to execute projects in a fast paced environment; influence without hierarchy
