當日應徵流程圖

 

當日流程說明

Step 1. 為核對個人身分與確保資訊安全,請攜帶您的身分證件換發臨時證,並寄放手機、電腦、隨身碟等電子產品
 
For information security, please provide your ID at security office for your temporary pass, and deposit your electronic devices at security office.
 
Step 2. 抵達面談室請洽櫃台人員報到
 
Report to the reception at Talent Center Check-in at the reception of UMC Talent Center
 
Step 3. 確認履歷內容,簽署個人資料使用同意書  如何維護履歷?
 
Check and verify your resume details and sign at the terms of use of personal information. 
 
Step 4. 進行測驗(約1-1.5小時)
 
Complete the tests (About 1-1.5 hour total)
 
Step 5. 依循指示至面談間進行面談
 
Interview with the hiring manager (Please follow the instruction from Talent Center)
 
Step 6. 完成面試後至警衛室繳回臨時證,取出您寄放的電子產品
 
After the interview, check out at the security office to return the temporary pass and retrieve your electronic devices.
 
Step 7. 賦歸

  • Q1. 面試當天流程?需要多久?What's the process of the interview day? How long will it take?
    A1. 收取並確認您的基本資料表 → 邏輯、英文、性向測驗 → 主管面談。
    預估約需 3 小時或以上。 (視當天面談情況而定;如您一年內曾至聯華電子面談,上述測驗流程將省略)
    1. Review & Update your resume details
    2. Tests (Logic, English, Personality)
    3. Interview
    The entire interview process will take approximately 3 hours to complete.  If you have taken an interview with UMC in the past year, part of the interview process can be skipped.
  • Q2. 想改面談時間或取消面試,請問我可如何進行呢?How to postpone or cancel the interview?
    A2. 可請您點選面談通知信中的「甄試意願回函」,或連繫竹科03-5782258轉31315 郝小姐、南科06-5054888轉11160 連小姐,將為您調整面試時間或取消面試
    You may modify your reply on in the interview letter, or contact UMC Talent Center, then we will inform you the rescheduled date.

  • Q3. 可以帶筆電來簡報,或可以帶手機進來公司嗎? Can I bring my personal laptop or mobile devices to UMC for the presentation?
    A3. 請配合公司資安規定,嚴禁攜帶以下產品進入廠區
    ■ 具攝/錄影或照相功能之電子產品。如手機、筆電、數位相機...等
    ■ 具儲存功能之電子設備。如USB隨身碟、記憶卡、讀卡機、光碟片...等
    ■ 火種。(如打火機、火柴...等)
    如果有帶,請寄放在保全管制室、寄物櫃或個人車輛內。
    No, you are not allowed to bring the following items to UMC sites according to UMC security regulations.
    •Devices with camera, video functions are prohibited. (e.g mobile phones, tablets, laptops dash cams etc)
    •Devices with media and storage functions are prohibited. (e.g USB, Memory Cards, CD etc)
    •Inflammable materials are prohibited (e.g lighters, matches etc)
  • Q4. 面試後多久,會收到面試結果通知呢? When will I receive the interview result?
    A4. 主管約需2週工作天評估及進行相關流程。

    It will take approximately 2 weeks for supervisors to evaluate and processing. We appreciate for your patience.

  • Q6. 如遇天災致停班,則面試流程如何進行? If there is a natural disaster or day off due to the typhoon, how would the process change?
    A6.如遇面試地點政府宣布停班,則順延面試日至下一工作天
    If there's a day off announced by government due to the typhoon, the interview will be postponed to the next working day.
  • Q7. 接到公司未接來電,要回撥要打給哪位HR分機?If I missed the phone call from UMC, what should I do?
