2. Develop differentiated 3D stacking service and customized 2.5D interposer solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal R&D, Fab and OSAT partners to drive Heterogeneous Integration.
4. New advanced packaging process verification and qualification.
5. Customer engagement and new product verification.

1. At least 2 years working experience in advanced packaging OSAT R&D/Integration/Process engineer or other relevant fields.
2. Experienced in 2.5D and 3DIC wafer stacking process development are plus.
3. Skill on FMEA, control plan, DOE (design of experiment) and problem solving.
4. Proficient English oral and writing skill.
5. Good communication, self-motived and avid learner.
